Job summary

CeraPhi Energy LTD seeks a seasoned Projects Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across office and site environments, guiding diverse teams through subsurface, civils, drilling, and commissioning activities. You will develop efficient processes, execute strategies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You should have proven PM experience in utilities or energy, strong communication, budgeting and organizational skills, and be adept with project planning tools.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Projects Manager or similar role.
• Experience as project administrator in Utilities or Energy.
• Technical background in Project Delivery from Engineering through to Commissioning and Site Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects within office and site environments.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Ensure safe and successful completion of project activities.
• Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
