Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer

My client are a Top Tier multinational law firm who are looking to add to their market leading energy & infrastructure practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

You will be working with various investors, developers, energy companies, lenders and project owners on an array of cross border matters which include oil & gas, renewable energy, power, social & public infrastructure projects in the UK and beyond.

This particular practice is sector focussed, therefore your workload will cover project development, financing and M&A work alongside the firm’s various international offices.
