Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of commercial underwriting experience in Energy & Construction.
• Experience underwriting international CAR/EAR business via London market.
• Strong pricing, risk assessment, and broker-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of international Energy & Construction risks.
• Evaluate submissions and set terms, pricing, and capacity.
• Develop relationships with London market brokers and clients.
• Lead negotiations on coverage structure and price.
• Mentor junior underwriters and support training.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
