Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in consulting, project delivery, infrastructure or the energy sector with a track record of leading projects or major workstreams to time, budget and quality.
• A trusted adviser approach: understanding what clients really need, challenging constructively and turning analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience developing and supporting others, including reviewing their work and helping them grow, which may include line management.
• Confident use of digital and AI tools, and an interest in using them to improve how we deliver for clients.

Aufgaben

• Leading projects end to end, or major workstreams on larger programmes and frameworks, and being accountable for scope, programme, fee, quality and risk. This includes leading the delivery of major capital projects and programmes, from early feasibility and consenting through to procurement, construction and handover.
• Owning client relationships, understanding their wider priorities and identifying where Arup can help further. Shaping client strategy and decision‑making through option appraisals, recommendations and business case development
• Managing complex stakeholder interfaces across clients, regulators, technical advisers, contractors and supply chain partners. Leading bid sections and proposals, and helping shape new services and propositions.
