Job summary

Arup is seeking Senior Energy Advisory Consultants / Senior Project Managers to join our Energy Advisory team covering the Midlands, Wales and West. You will lead delivery of energy projects, act as trusted advisers to clients and grow our business through strong stakeholder management.

The role requires leading programs end-to-end, shaping strategy and ensuring quality, commercial performance and excellent client experience across major capital projects and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Sound judgement and confidence with clients, plus curiosity to improve ways of working.
• Experience in consulting or project delivery in energy infrastructure with a track record of leading projects to time, budget and quality.
• Trusted adviser approach and ability to develop others, including line management.
• Comfort with using digital and AI tools to enhance client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of energy projects or major workstreams end-to-end.
• Own client relationships and shape strategy, appraisals and business cases.
• Manage complex stakeholder interfaces including regulators, advisers and contractors.
