Job summary

The Application Packager position in Manchester is a contract to run until 23/04/2027 and is fully onsite, five days a week. You will provide expert 3rd line support and lead packaging efforts across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows OS, ABM, and iOS management, with PowerShell automation driving efficiency.

You will build client and vendor relationships, identify automation opportunities, and push improvements to end-user experiences in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 3rd line support experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience in enterprise and highly regulated environments.
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, AVD and device management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level 3rd line support and technical leadership across Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows OS, Apple Business Manager, IOS device management, policy deployment and PowerShell automation
• Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties and vendors
• Identify Automation and efficiency opportunities
• Problem solving and solutioning
• Hands-on engineer implementing, supporting and improving workplace solutions while ensuring security and stability
