Job summary

Reed in Croydon (Hybrid Working) is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to join an enterprise IT team. You will provide expert 3rd line support, manage Windows, macOS and mobile devices, and drive improvements across security, compliance and automation within a Microsoft- and Apple-focused environment.

The role covers Intune/SCCM/MECM/Jamf/Apple School Manager and scripting with PowerShell, with opportunities to influence device onboarding and post-deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Essential: Experience with SCCM/MECM.
• Essential: Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Essential: Experience managing Apple devices using Jamf and Apple School Manager.
• Essential: Windows Autopilot deployment experience.
• Essential: PowerShell scripting skills.
• Essential: Understanding of Azure technologies.
• Essential: Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance.
• Essential: Proven experience in a 3rd Line, EUC, Endpoint or Infrastructure support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and technical escalation for endpoint-related issues.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS devices.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Apple School Manager and Apple Configurator.
• Support Windows Autopilot and Apple automated device enrolment.
• Package and deploy applications, updates, patches and drivers.
• Monitor device health, compliance and security posture.
• Support endpoint security technologies including BitLocker, FileVault and Microsoft Defender.
• Create PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to infrastructure and technology projects.

Are you an experienced End User Computing, Endpoint or 3rd Line Support Engineer looking to work with both Microsoft and Apple technologies in a modern, enterprise-scale environment?

We are looking for a Senior EUC Engineer to join a busy IT team supporting a large multi-site organisation. You'll be responsible for delivering expert 3rd line support, managing endpoint technologies, and driving improvements across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, security, compliance and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Desirable:

• Microsoft, Apple or MDM certifications
• ITIL Foundation
• Experience with application packaging and deployment
• Knowledge of IP Telephony solutions
• Experience working within the education sector
