Job summary

Hyra in Croydon is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to join a busy IT team on a hybrid basis. You will provide expert 3rd line support for endpoints, manage Windows and Apple devices, and deploy Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, and Autopilot in a large enterprise environment.

You will write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve security posture, produce documentation, and contribute to cross‑team projects. The role offers £40,000–£45,000 per annum, a full-time permanent contract, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM.
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing Apple devices using Jamf and Apple School Manager.
• Windows Autopilot deployment experience.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Understanding of Azure technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance.
• Proven experience in a 3rd Line, EUC, Endpoint or Infrastructure support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and technical escalation for endpoint-related issues.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS devices.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Apple School Manager and Apple Configurator.
• Support Windows Autopilot and Apple automated device enrolment.
• Package and deploy applications, updates, patches and drivers.
• Monitor device health, compliance and security posture.
• Support endpoint security technologies including BitLocker, FileVault and Microsoft Defender.
• Create PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to infrastructure and technology projects.

Are you an experienced End User Computing, Endpoint or 3rd Line Support Engineer looking to work with both Microsoft and Apple technologies in a modern, enterprise-scale environment?
