Job summary

Derbyshire County Council Erewash START Team is seeking a Senior Enablement Support Worker who will lead and mentor a team of enablement support workers, promote best practices, and deliver high-quality care and support to clients with diverse needs.

You will work three shifts (early, late, and 9-5), join the Local Government Pension Scheme, enjoy generous annual leave, training opportunities, travel expense coverage, and access to wellbeing services and Derbyshire rewards.
