A local government authority is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to provide legal advice on Employment, Civil and Criminal litigation. This role includes representing the Council in various legal proceedings and contributing to a culture of improvement and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil law and strong negotiation skills. Flexible working patterns are offered.
Senior Employment Solicitor in our Employment, Criminal and Commercial Litigation Team. You will contribute to people across Westminster by providing effective and efficient legal advice on Employment, Civil and Criminal litigation, reporting to and assisting senior colleagues on high profile, politically sensitive and financially weighted cases.
You will lead your cases with minimal supervision, conduct proceedings and appear as an advocate on behalf of the Council in Chambers, Courts, Tribunals, Inquiries and Inquests. You will adopt a detail-oriented, customer-centric approach and help drive continuous improvement, service excellence and employee development.
