Frasia Wright Associates, a respected UK law firm, is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its Employment & Immigration team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will advise UK and international clients on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will handle complex employment issues, support transactional work, and contribute to client training and business development, with clear career progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Confident, organized approach with ability to manage a varied caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Draft ET3 responses and prepare witness statements.
• Analyse evidence and conduct advocacy at employment tribunals.
• Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment law queries (phone, email, in person).
• Review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Provide employment advice on corporate transactions.
• Support clients with employee relations challenges.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Deliver employment law training to clients as part of a team.
• Contribute to business development aligned with team strategy.
• Supervise junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of information security and compliance.
