The successful candidate will handle leading tribunal work, advises on restructures, TUPE and executive matters, and develop client relationships across sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with 1+ years PQE.
• Experience advising employer/respondent clients.
• Strong technical grounding across contentious and advisory matters.
• Confident communicator able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach.
• Organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Ambitious with an interest in developing client relationships.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Leading Employment Tribunal claims, predominantly acting for respondents
• Advising on disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and workplace disputes
• Supporting complex restructures, redundancies and strategic reorganisation projects
• Advising on TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, restrictive covenants and settlement agreements
• Advising on executive exits and sensitive reputational matters
• Delivering client training and practical employment law advice
• Collaborating with a national employment team on high-value client work
