A growing and forward-thinking Legal500 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy team. The role focuses on contentious employment matters, including discrimination and equality issues, serving senior executives and commercial clients across sectors.

We offer fully remote working with optional occasional London office attendance; part-time hours (3–4 days per week) and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE, ideally from a reputable regional or London firm.
• Strong experience in contentious employment and discrimination matters.
• Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
• Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
