Job summary

Legal500 law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor (8+ PQE) for a fully remote role with optional London attendance. This part-time position (3–4 days per week) focuses on contentious employment matters, especially discrimination and equality issues.

The successful candidate will advise senior executives and commercial clients across diverse sectors and manage complex tribunals from a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in employment law with strong contentious experience.
• Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
• Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
• Confident in advising and liaising directly with clients.
• Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities
