Role: Senior Associate Solicitor - Employment Law
Location: Leeds, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £50,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm in Leeds who are looking to strengthen their Employment Law team with the appointment of a talented Senior Associate Solicitor. This is a standout opportunity to join one of Yorkshire's leading practices, where you will be entrusted with a varied and stimulating workload alongside first-class client exposure. The firm is recognised for the strength of its employment practice and is keen to attract an ambitious lawyer who can add real value to its employer-focused offering.

The Role
  • Work with a broad spectrum of clients including major corporates, well-known regional businesses and high-growth SMEs across multiple sectors.
  • Managing your own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Advising and supporting clients on day-to-day HR and people management issues.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on complex and strategic projects.
  • Supporting the corporate, commercial, and restructuring teams on employment aspects of transactions.
  • Designing and delivering engaging client training and seminars (both in-person and virtually).
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
About You
  • 3-7 years PQE within a well-regarded Employment Law team (essential for team structure).
  • A strong background in advising and representing employers (experience acting for employees/trade unions will not be sufficient).
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining the highest levels of client care.
  • A commercially minded, proactive and adaptable approach - calm under pressure and confident working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A track record of developing strong internal and external client relationships.
