Employment Senior Associate (5+ PQE) – London

We are working closely with a highly tiered Legal 500 law firm seeking a Senior Employment Associate 5+ PQE to join their market leading team, based out of their City of London office.

About the Firm

We are currently supporting the growth of this leading UK law firm's employments team. This firm is modern, innovative and provides a first-rate environment for all their employees.

We are looking for a UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE and experience in both contentious and advisory employment law. You will be joining a strong technical and commercial team.

This growing employment team advise on the full range of employment law and HR issues for a variety of clients including charities, social enterprises, corporates and senior executives.

You will be focusing on discrimination complaints, whistleblowing concerns, grievance and disciplinary matters, TUPE and redundancy processes and safeguarding employment issues, among other areas.

They pride themselves on their culture and providing a great work life balance in an adult working environment. You will only be required to be in the office 2 days every week.

We are looking to speak with:

Remuneration – Up to £105K+ (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
