Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Employment Partner or Legal Director to spearhead the growth of its Employment practice in Bristol and across the South West. You will balance senior client advisory work with leadership and business development, building relationships with a national client base.

The role offers leadership responsibility, autonomy, and a platform to shape the practice within a supportive, entrepreneurial culture with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE.
• Strong Employment law expertise across employer-focused matters.
• Experience developing client relationships and generating work.
• An established network within the Bristol/South West market.
• The drive to help build and grow a successful practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the Employment practice in Bristol and across the South West.
• Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a broad employer client base.
• Drive business development and build relationships to grow the team’s presence in the market.
