Thomas & Dessain is seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join their team advising a broad range of local and international clients on Jersey employment, discrimination and data protection law. You will work as part of a collaborative and highly regarded team alongside Partners and colleagues on a variety of interesting matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law or a strong interest in it.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment, discrimination and data protection matters.
• Work with Partners on complex, high-profile matters.
• Draft opinions, contracts, and settlement agreements as needed.
