Staffordshire County Council is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its legal team as a Senior Lawyer (TSL) in Stafford. The role focuses on delivering optimum client service, supporting team members, and handling highly complex casework, including drafting and negotiating complex documents.

The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, a track record in advocacy across tribunals and courts, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Formación

• Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX with litigation rights or a Barrister with practising certificate.
• Extensive experience in the relevant field and in-depth understanding of laws relating to the role.
• Experience representing clients at high-level case meetings and conducting complex advocacy.
• Ability to draft complex legal documents and communicate clearly in all media.

Responsabilidades
