Job Title

Senior Employment Lawyer

Location: Bristol City Centre (Hybrid Working)

Salary Range: £40,000 to £55,000 + Benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
  • Running a caseload of claimant employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims
  • Managing claims through all stages, from initial advice to resolution, including Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Advising clients on their legal position, prospects of success, and potential remedies
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as ET1s, witness statements and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients at hearings (where appropriate), settlement negotiations, and mediations
  • Keeping up to date with current employment law and tribunal procedures
