Job description

Senior Employment Lawyer - 12 months FTC, 3 + years’ experience, Bristol, £45,000 - £50,000 DOE.

OVERVIEW:

This role is an opportunity to join a dynamic firm as an employment lawyer with experience in litigation, offering an attractive benefits package and work-life balance.

  1. The client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience handling a varied caseload of employment disputes and claims.
  2. You will oversee a broad spectrum of employment claims, managing cases from initial instruction to final hearing.
  3. The successful employment litigation lawyer will supervise junior employment lawyers within the team, providing expert guidance and support throughout the litigation process.
  4. A comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is essential.
  5. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing for three days of remote work per week.

  7. Lawyers with experience in dealing with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims are strongly encouraged to apply.
