Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee litigation, provide practical guidance on investigations, terminations, and employee relations, and coordinate with local counsel to manage country-specific concerns across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in employment law practice across EU countries
• Experience advising HR and business leaders on employment issues
• Experience with multinational corporations or global law firms
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and business leaders on complex employment law matters across Europe, with a focus on cross-border issues
• Manage employment litigation and administrative claims, including oversight of outside counsel
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Coordinate with local counsel on country-specific labor and employment issues across Europe
• Collaborate with Law Department and other functions to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
