Qualifications

• We expect the post holder to be 3+ PQE.
• Ideally, experience of advising multi-national commercial clients.
• Must have experience working on tribunal claims.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a varied workload of employment matters advising employers.
• Work on complex discrimination and breach of contract litigation.
• Assist on restructures in the UK and multiple jurisdictions.
• General employment advisory work by telephone and email.
• Supervise and assist in developing trainees and paralegals.
• Initiate marketing and business development activities.
