Job summary

Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited seeks an Employment Associate or Senior Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Scotland. The role is based in Glasgow, with hybrid or remote working options and potential to base in Edinburgh or Aberdeen.

You will handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base across public and private sectors, with strong respondent-side experience and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients across a broad range of employment matters.
• Strong Employment Tribunal experience.
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.
• Redundancy and restructuring programmes.
• TUPE and business transfer matters.
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
• Strategic HR and employee relations advice.
• Drafting and reviewing employment documentation.
• Supporting clients through complex workplace investigations and disputes.
