Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as an Employer's Agent or similar
• Residential or Healthcare sector experience advantageous
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or comparable qualification advantageous

Aufgaben

• Lead projects through feasibility, design, tender, and contract administration phases.
• Manage client relationships and maintain project delivery on time and budget.
• Review and finalise Employer's Requirements, contracts, and payment certificates.
• Run tender processes, analyse bids, and select contractors.
• Ensure compliance with planning, building control, and site conditions.
• Attend monthly progress meetings and provide clear client updates.
