For over 60 years this consultancy’s approachable and knowledgeable architects and consultants have designed and helped to deliver buildings and provided exceptional service to their clients.

Currently, this progressive West London based consultancy are looking for a Senior Employer’s Agent with Project Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveyor experience to work within their EA team, taking residential projects from inception through to completion. The consultancy work on some of the most prestigious residential and mixed-use developments in London and around the UK, including private and affordable, priding themselves on delivering an outstanding service to their clients.

The role is for the management of multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects and involves negotiation, client liaison and relationship management.

They seek a motivated individual with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have / be:

• Educated to degree level and preferably MRICS qualified
• Sound contractual and technical knowledge
• Experience in a senior surveying role
• Prior experience of residential construction
• Highly motivated
• Able to manage and prioritise their own workload
• Articulate with excellent communication skills
• Follow through and complete tasks with a sense of urgency
• A good colleague and team player, yet capable of working independently
