Arriva UK Bus Limited is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our People team. You will shape our ER strategy, advise senior leaders, and help create a high‑performing workplace across our UK depots.

You will lead on complex employee relations matters, coach HR colleagues, and use data to reduce risk, support organisational change, and strengthen collective bargaining relationships with Trade Unions.

Competenze

• Significant senior ER experience.
• Experience in large, complex, unionised settings.
• Proven record handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence, tribunal prep.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching.

• Lead on high-risk ER matters with legally compliant outcomes.
• Escalation point for ER BP, HR teams and ops leaders.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on proactive ER strategies.
