Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced ER Manager to lead a small HR Advisory team, delivering strategic employee relations guidance and risk mitigation across the UK & Ireland group.

You will own a portfolio of high-risk ER cases, partner with the Strategic Partner, coach the team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure documentation and reporting are maintained in Teams and SharePoint. This role requires CIPD qualifications and strong BI skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum L5 CIPD qualification with demonstrable ER experience.
• Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a shared service HR delivery model.
• Desirable L7 CIPD or working towards; Associate CIPD considered.
• Proficient in Power BI for MI and reporting.
• Experience in delivering HR training.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for high-risk ER cases and provide guidance.
• Coach and develop the ER team to improve performance and knowledge.
• Manage team performance, attendance, conduct and workload delegation.
• Lead and participate in ER case reviews and risk reporting meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on Teams/SharePoint.
• Ensure compliance with group policies on equality, data protection, and information security.
