- Proactively and positively engage with Employee Unions as and when required.

Profile
The successful Senior Employee Relations Manager, to be based in London, will have:
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases within the financial services sector or a similar, highly regulated environment, within the UK.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully owning the relationship with the Employee Unions on behalf of the organisation and its employees.
- Proficiency with Workday systems for HR data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
