Pick Everard, a progressive company, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to enhance their Core Delivery Team. This role involves providing expert advice on employee relations, promoting positive workplace relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, making impactful contributions toward employee engagement and workplace culture.

We are currently looking to support our existing Core Delivery Team through the addition of a Senior Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.
As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Pick Everard, you will provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ranging from policy advice to informal cases, formal procedures, and complex issues.You will play a key role in promoting positive working relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
