A leading staffing agency in South London is seeking two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to support complex HR casework within an NHS Trust. This role requires strong NHS relations experience, high caseload handling, and the ability to provide managerial advice. The contract is for 3 months, on-site 4 days a week, offering £30/hour.

Qualifications

  • Strong NHS employee relations experience.
  • Confident handling high caseloads in large, complex organisations.
  • Able to provide evidence of previous headcount and case volume managed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases.
  • Provide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

We’re recruiting for two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join a busy NHS organisation. These roles sit within a fast-paced HR function supporting complex and high-volume ER casework across a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases
  • Provide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworks
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelines
