We have an opportunity to join the team as a Senior ER Advisor, focused on managing complex ER cases and leading key projects across our global business. We're looking for a confident, personable individual to effectively communicate with stakeholders and build manager capability across our 20+ brands, proactively addressing ER concerns to enable earlier interventions and reduce the need for formal ER procedures. As the Senior, you'll supervise the team, handle escalations, and manage your own caseload of complex ER cases.

Supporting the Group ER Manager, you'll work closely with the People Partnering and People Shared Services teams and play a key role in supporting Employee Relations in delivering the People strategy across Acacium Group.

Acacium Group is a leading healthcare delivery partner, combining workforce access, technology, and sector expertise to enhance the sustainability of the global healthcare system, from early-stage clinical research to acute and palliative care. Our values guide everything we do, from service delivery to client partnerships and employee engagement; driven by excellence, putting people first, always by your side.

"Always by your side" is a core value at Acacium Group, and you’ll have the opportunity to embody this by working closely with regional and global teams, supporting brand and function growth, operational effectiveness, and resourcing best practices.

Every day you will...

  • Gather, analyze, and report data and KPIs to the Group ER Manager and SLT
  • Drive key ER projects including policy development, TUPE, reorganization design, and global mobilization
  • Manage ER training sessions for the business
  • Lead and advise on complex ER cases such as grievances, ACAS, and ET claims
  • Support the Group ER Manager to ensure team performance and project delivery
