Job summary

Redgate is seeking an HR professional to own employee relations casework across the UK and EMEA, advising managers on probation reviews, absence conversations, and informal discipline matters. You’ll triage cases, decide when to escalate to a People Partner, and coach managers through difficult conversations to build trust and effective relationships.

You’ll shape how policy changes are embedded in everyday practice, design and deliver manager training, and pilot AI and automation in People

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in independent employee relations casework (probation, absence, informal disciplinary).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and translating changes into guidance.
• Experience supporting managers across multiple territories.
• Proven ability to coach managers through difficult conversations.
• Experience designing and delivering training for managers.
• Highly organised with ability to manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Own ER casework across the UK and EMEA, triage and escalate when needed.
• Act as a sounding board for managers and coach through delicate conversations.
• Influence how policy changes are embedded into everyday practice.
• Design and deliver training and communications to build manager confidence.
• Pilot AI and automation in People Partnering work and oversee pilots.
