Are you an experienced professional in Employee Benefits seeking a new challenge in a dynamic consultancy environment?

We are partnered with a forward-thinking, independent Employee Benefits firm to find a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join their expanding team. In this client-facing role, you will lead on strategy and design across their Group Risk (primarily) and Healthcare arrangements, working closely with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on Group Life, Income Protection, and Critical Illness policies.
  • Manage existing client relationships and support new business opportunities.
