Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a distinct caseload of highly complex surgical patients.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions within the SDEC service with appropriate senior support when needed.
• Provide enhanced clinical assessments, diagnostics and interventions.
• Work autonomously to holistically assess patients using advanced skills across five surgical specialties.
• Plan and coordinate care, delegating and referring to optimise outcomes and resources.
