• Lead by example and provide organisation and leadership to the multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop care plans for patients presenting with undifferentiated minor injuries.
• Facilitate education, mentorship, and expertise to peers and staff.
• Maintain strong working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
