A leading NHS trust in the West Midlands is seeking a qualified Band 7 Emergency Clinical Practitioner (ECP) for its fast-paced Emergency Department. We are looking to recruit a qualified Band 7 ECP to join the exciting, fast-paced ED, located within the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC). The successful candidate will work autonomously within the 'See and Treat' stream, managing patients presenting with minor injuries. The post holder will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care within the ED, in collaboration with nursing, medical and Allied Health Professional (AHP) teams. You will require excellent communication skills and be excited about being part of an innovative team. Individuals should be self-driven, take pride in their work, be highly motivated, professional, whilst maintaining a flexible approach. This role will support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, with all staff acting as role models in all aspects of their work.
