Job summary

JD Healthcare is looking for a Senior Embryologist to join their team. In this role, you will perform advanced embryology procedures, supervise junior staff, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Your clinical expertise will contribute significantly to patient outcomes in a leading fertility clinic.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience and HCPC registration, and will thrive in a collaborative environment focusing on the latest advances in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years' experience as an embryologist in an IVF laboratory.
• Current HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist.
• Full competency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and vitrification.
• Thorough knowledge of HFEA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all core and advanced embryology procedures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior embryologists.
• Lead quality control initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal conditions.
• Collaborate with clinicians for expert clinical input.
