Job description

Fertility Talent is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Embryologist to join a flourishing IVF clinic in the Southwest of England. This is an exciting time to be part of the clinic as they are undergoing significant investment and expansion. Role Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider Embryology Team to ensure all procedures are carried out with the utmost precision and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
  2. Provide patient-centred care by engaging with patients throughout their journey, offering support and ensuring clear communication. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
  3. Show a passion for continuous improvement, both in terms of service delivery and team development.
Skills and Experience Required:
  1. You must be a qualified Clinical Embryologist with proven experience in fertility.
  2. HCPC registration and ISCI training are desirable but not essential.
  3. Biopsy training is essential for this position.
  4. We welcome applications from accomplished Embryologists looking to take the next step into a Senior Embryologist or Deputy Lab Manager role.
  5. Experience in both the Independent Sector and NHS will be considered.
