Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping high-quality software on embedded platforms.
• Good understanding of Core OS concepts like memory management and multi-threading.
• Understanding of API design, considerations, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop core features of the Roku Channel app and Roku OS.
• Work closely with Product Development, UI/UX design, Platform Services, and Release Management teams.

Skills

Embedded C++ experience

Experience in Typescript

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience developing UI applications

Education

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related fields
