Working Model: 2 days WFH

We are working with a company that is leading the development of cutting-edge power electronics solutions across multiple market sectors. They are now looking for a Senior Firmware/Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team in Norwich.

You will be involved in the full development lifecycle — from concept to delivery — working closely with a talented team of engineers to shape the future of next-generation energy products.

• Developing and testing embedded firmware (C/C++) for energy systems
• Collaborating with hardware, systems, and software teams
• Addressing complex technical challenges in power electronics
• Contributing to system architecture and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong experience with C/C++, RTOS, and MCUs (ARM, etc.)
• Familiarity with protocols like SPI, CAN, I2C, UART
• Bonus: background in power electronics or energy systems
