Job summary

IC Resources in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to lead the development and delivery of complex software-enabled systems across healthcare, electronics and industrial domains. You’ll work at the intersection of software, hardware and systems engineering, shaping architecture, integration and technical leadership while mentoring engineers.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in embedded software/firmware for complex devices, a broad understanding of embedded systems

Qualifications

Strong experience developing embedded software or firmware for complex devices.
Broad understanding of embedded systems architecture and system integration.
Ability to work across software, electronics and systems engineering.
Experience taking technical ownership and leading the delivery of complex engineering projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Take a leading role in the development and delivery of complex software-enabled systems.
Provide architectural direction and oversee multidisciplinary integration across software, electronics and systems engineering.
Assume technical leadership and guide delivery of engineering projects.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and customers.
