Senior Embedded Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop high-performance embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux software for modems.
2. Implement efficient and reliable C++ code for embedded applications.
3. Focus on Linux kernel and driver development for hardware interfaces and peripherals.
4. Optimize performance and memory usage on resource-constrained systems.
5. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and cross-functional teams on system architecture and software requirements.
6. Develop low-level Linux drivers and software components.
7. Use Jira for issue tracking and project coordination.
8. Perform testing, debugging, and validation of embedded software.
9. Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation.
10. Stay up to date with embedded development and Linux technologies.
11. Apply knowledge of IP networking protocols like DHCP, NAT, PPP, and iptables.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in software/electronic engineering.
2. Strong embedded systems experience.
3. Self-driven, innovative, and collaborative.
