Job Description

The Senior Email Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and measure targeted email campaigns that raise awareness, generate and convert leads, sell solutions, and foster customer loyalty.

What you’ll do:

• Become the subject matter expert on email marketing best practices within the marketing team.
• Understand the apparel manufacturers' purchase journey and develop strategies to guide prospects through the buyer's journey for targeted segments.
• Design and execute effective email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments including IT, creative, brand, and sales.
• Create content marketing strategies aligned with the buyer's journey.
• Analyze campaign data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize performance within budget constraints.
• Manage A/B testing processes and analyze outcomes.
• Oversee multilingual and multinational projects, managing timelines, budgets, and review processes.

Qualifications

What you need:

• At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B email marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in short-form copywriting.
• Deep experience with marketing automation tools; Eloqua or HubSpot preferred.
• Self-motivated and innovative, capable of creating and deploying demand generation strategies efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams on messaging and market engagement strategies.

What will make you stand out:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, finance, or analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking; proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing attribution.
• Previous experience working closely with sales teams to define lead handoff criteria and optimize lead conversion.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
