Qualifications

• Current professional registration in nursing/medicine or relevant allied health profession.
• Resuscitation Council UK Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Evidence of post-registration Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Significant post-registration experience in Emergency or Unscheduled Care (essential).
• Autonomous practice experience and leadership capabilities (desirable).
• Teaching/training experience and leadership qualifications (desirable).
• Welsh language skills (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the ED clinical team with a training pathway to RCEM as an EM-ACP.
• Exposure to a broad EM caseload including adults, children, and minor injuries.
• Weekly departmental training with consultant supervision and ACP mentoring.
• 80/20 split between clinical work and Protected SPA time for development.
