The role involves leading the design of electronic circuits and multi-layer PCBs, managing component obsolescence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should possess extensive experience in PCB design and electronic systems troubleshooting. Qualifications
Proven experience in electronic design, ideally in a senior or lead role.
Strong expertise in PCB design, including multi-layer boards and layout best practices.
Experience with electronic obsolescence management and component lifecycle planning.
Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, KiCad.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI design considerations and compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electronic circuits and multi-layer PCB layouts.
Manage electronic component obsolescence and lifecycle status.
Conduct design reviews, verification and validation testing of electronic systems.
Generate and maintain technical documentation including schematics and BOMs.
Liaise with suppliers on component selection and technical issues.
