Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive electronics hardware development experience.
• Strong hardware development lifecycle knowledge from requirements to production.
• Proven PCB design experience and Altium Designer.
• Hands-on hardware testing and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, design, development and testing of electronic hardware.
• Design and develop PCBs and circuits using Altium Designer.
• Own hardware through complete development lifecycle.
• Produce specifications, schematics and test procedures.
• Build prototypes and test using lab equipment.
• Research and evaluate new electronic technologies.
• Manage technical requirements, budgets and project timescales.
• Support product qualification and transfer to production.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and teams.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Contribute to IP and engineering best practice.
