Job summary

Enigma People Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Electronics Engineers to develop innovative products across sectors including Smart Metering, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences and Medical. You will lead hands-on design from concept through prototype to production while acting as the technical point of contact with customers.

The role emphasizes prototyping, testing, mentoring junior engineers, preparing cost estimates and proposals, and supporting business development at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related subject.
• Experience developing electronic designs from concept to production.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and translate needs into technically sound solutions.
• Proven track record delivering prototypes to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototyping and testing activities on projects.
• Generate accurate cost estimates and write proposals.
• Support pitch meetings for new electronics design and development projects.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on hardware development activities.
• Support business development at trade shows and identify opportunities.
