365 People Ltd. in Leicester seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer to join an established electro‑mechanical systems team. You’ll work across electronics, firmware and systems engineering on high‑precision machinery, blending design with hands‑on prototyping, testing and lifecycle support.

You’ll collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Software Engineering, delivering circuit/PCB design, firmware development and fault‑finding, with occasional travel to customers and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial electronics.
• Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronics.
• Experience in circuit/PCB design and prototyping.
• Hardware and firmware development for microcontrollers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide electronics and systems design support across engineering and manufacturing.
• Design circuits, PCBs, and prototypes for electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop firmware for microcontroller-based hardware.
• Handle data acquisition, motor control, and communications applications.
• Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and support products through lifecycle.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for production.
• Support product lifecycle from development to in-service support.
• Create technical documentation and ensure solution capture.
• Travel occasionally to customers, suppliers, and sites.
