Job summary

OxTS RD in Middleton Stoney, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to own the design and development of complex hardware from prototype to production. You will work on digital and analogue circuits, embedded software, and microprocessor systems, with cross-functional teams across navigation, software, test and production.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, DFx, EMC/certification readiness, and mentoring junior engineers, while driving continuous improvement and meeting

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Strong hardware and embedded firmware experience.
Experience with digital/analog electronics.
EMC and certification knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware design from prototype to production.
Develop embedded firmware for microprocessor-based systems.
Ensure EMC/certification readiness and DFx processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.
Apply DFM/DFA principles and manage complex tasks.
